What you can expect from us in your home.
PRE-INSPECTION
Our trained technicians pre-inspect your carpet. They identify the carpet's construction and
fiber, evaluate your needs and recommend the appropriate cleaning method or procedure.
PRE-TREATMENT
In our cost estimate, we include the special treatment of heavily soiled entry and traffic areas
with pre-conditioning agents.
Agitation
Using either Mechanical or manual agitation, this important step spreads the
pre-conditioner to all sides of the carpet fibers, as well of the base of the
fibers(where the most soil exists). Another often overlooked step by most cleaners.
Hot Water Extraction
This is also known as the rinsing stage of the cleaning process. During this step, the
carpet fibers are rinsed of the pre-conditioner using water at temperatures hot
enough to kill germs and bacteria. Please note that these germs and bacteria in
carpeting are not affecting by "Dry Cleaning" methods.
Post-Spotting
Any spots/stains remaining are then removed using our specialty spotters.
FURNITURE MOVING
We carefully move your furniture, protecting every piece with the proper moisture barrier to
protect your carpet from furniture stains. We Move Most Furniture---- Please note, we
follow industry safety standards when moving furniture. All light furniture is moved with the
exception of heavy and breakable items including china cabinets, pianos, bookcases full of
books, beds, large dining tables, sectionals, dressers or any electronic equipment including
TV’s, VCR’s, stereos or computers. We follow this industry standard on all initial cleanings
where furniture moving is provided.
